Hi! My name is BreeAnna (That's me! I loved cheering for the Bearcats!) I founded CHEER SQUAD to help kids access activities when cost is a barrier. Why?
In 9th grade, after weeks of practice & auditions, I was over the moon to find out I’d made the cheer squad, but even now (many years later!) I can remember how fast that joy was replaced by a pit in my stomach when I learned how much cheer was going to cost. Instead of celebrating, I was scared of losing my spot on the squad if I couldn’t pay for uniforms, camp, etc.
What happened? People showed up. A coach helped with cheer fees. A local business sponsored my trip to camp. They encouraged me and opened doors to opportunities that enriched my life. In 2025, CHEER SQUAD was founded in the spirit of that generosity.
Research consistently shows there are countless benefits for kids when they can join in but the reality is, kids are still missing out on activities because of cost. We're here to help with that, but more importantly, we're here to cheer kids on!

A two-time professional athlete & longtime health & wellness professional, Tiffany has built her career around helping people recognize their potential, overcome barriers, & create meaningful, sustainable change. Her experience includes developing individualized wellness & fitness programs, leading community-based initiatives, building partnerships, & creating programming designed to meet people where they are.
CHEER SQUAD’s mission is especially personal to Tiffany. Growing up, she understands what it feels like to want access to opportunities when financial circumstances can make participation difficult. That experience gives her a deeply personal connection to CHEER SQUAD’s commitment to helping cover activity fees for children when cost is a barrier.
As Director of Programming, Tiffany is focused on helping develop engaging, inclusive opportunities that extend beyond simply getting kids through the door. Her goal is to create experiences that build confidence, connection, leadership, resilience, & a sense of belonging, whether a child finds their place in sports, the arts, clubs, field trips, or another activity that allows them to discover what they are capable of.
For Tiffany, joining the CHEER SQUAD board represents more than another leadership position. It is a full-circle opportunity to help become part of what she once needed, & to make sure more kids have the opportunity to participate rather than watch from the sidelines.
